no no no...i mean legal. like google videos? will any format from them work? thanks for the spiral frog heads up...when that opens i will deffintally dl that. will it have videos as well?

I don't think they'll have videos. And for videos, the best would be google video as you can download them (choose to download for Ipod/PSP not Win/Mac as you don't want the google software) and the software will convert it to a .wmv

what sites are good t get music videos from? I see alot of ways to convert. i have the software downloaded and now I need to find out where to get the music videos n the first place! lol anyone help? i have google video  PSP/Ipod mp.4 that i got from google video...but i dont know if that would work. it says its quicktime mp.4???does that work?

No lawsuit for them as it will be perfectly legal... they just do the same as illegal website... they provide songs to download and ads all over the place but the income from the ads will be used to pay the artists and music companies. That's why a few music names already signed with them, it will increase their income. What's better for them, seeing all the people stealing your songs or seeing that if more people download them for free you will be paid even more? Grin
