If their a way to play .wav files?  The file I want to play can only be in a .wav file or else it will get all messed up. It's a binaural sound file.  Is their any mod or anything?

No, there are no hacks for this.  It would have to be converted to either wma or mp3, sorry.

Transcode to WMA Lossless using dbpoweramp. Zune software and hardware supports Lossless.

please excuse me if this is a dumb question, but (to my understanding) my zune doesn't play WAV files.  i have some music from a friend and his garage band i'd like to add to my collection but they are WAV files.  i found some free WAV to MP3 conversion programs online, but hate to download the application without a recommendation...and this forum seems to have lots of techie people to guide me!  there are so many bugs/worms/viruses/etc out there, a gal could get paranoid...

help?  thanks!
