Playlist from DEVICE to collection...(Gen 1, new SW)

SO I had to reformat my pc today and forgot to back up my playlists :-/ My music of course was in another folder which I now monitor for updates, but here is the question.


I still have playlists on the zune(obviously).

How do I copy those from the zune, back to my collection so I may continue to add/delete from those playlists already on the device?
Copying the lists and dragging to the PC icon isnt working (a "+"pops up, but nothing occurs in terms of the lists syncing.
