I was thinking he could cover it up with a tattoo of whatever the next fad is.  After all, these tattoos were done to cover up some wicked Furby tattoos!

Ignoring his tattoos the points he made in the video a very valid. The situation is terrible with the old executives not thinking in innovative channels like the young guys ruling at apple.

A person who gets three MP3 player tattoos is not necessarily in a healthy mental state.

I mean he didn't get them to be hip and ironic, right?  He got them out of sincere affection and affinity for an MP3 player.

Consider his actions:

1) Gets 3 tattoos and wants to change his name because of a piece of consumer electronics
2) removes tattoos because the consumer electronics software did not get an update he wanted.  Angry and frustrated because an advertising campaign was modified.

In all sincerity, these are not the actions of a person who is in a good mental state.  I would absolutely suggest counseling.

Delete my post and my account if you want: this is not a flame and it is not meant to be hurtful.

EDIT: PS. after watching the youtube and reading some of mszunefan's posts, I have an even stronger assessment.  This is a person who very much needs to talk to a professional.  There is no question in my mind about why Microsoft cut off communication with him and cancelled his trip.  He is not a stable person.

Steve, with sincerity and altruism: I believe that you could and should have a conversation with your doctor about professional counseling.

If I were you mszunefan, I would just keep the tattoos, if you REALLY got sick of Zune, then just hide them, don't remove them, save yourself the time, pain, money, and scarring of the flesh 0.o It's not worth it man...

Get a cup of Kool-Aid to cover the Zune logo. That would be the ultimate spit in the face! Wink

Zune. Zune. Zune. ZUNE 4 AUSTRALIA!

« Reply #49 on: July 27, 2008, 07:27:24 PM »

It is strange that someone would get their name changed to the Zune, though.  I mean sure if it was something like "Bond, James" fair enough Tongue, lol.

Though he is a fan, and there's nothing really wrong with getting one tattoo of the Zune if you like it, though three.... I dunno, then again it's his body.   I always wanted to get a tattoo of my fav actor, Jim Carrey, always been a fan since I was a young child.  Nothing wrong with that.  But the name change may be a little too far I guess.
