Mixview/Marketplace Missing?

Hey,
I live in Canada, and I have been excited to get the new Zune software, although I do not yet have a Zune.
However, there is no Marketplace or Mixview features present!
Is this a region problem or is there something I have done wrong?

it maybe a region problem... mixview is a lil different cause its only visible on the "now playing" thing and on music > artists and such

change your location to USA.
Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options. Change your location to United States. Restart the software.
