Hi. I bought a Zune a couple of years ago in the U.S. and valiated it on a computer in the U.S. However, I have a a computer in Mexico City, and would like to use the Zune here. I conected the Zune to the computer, and did all the software and firmware updates. However, the music I had on the Zune has disappeared. But, the 26G of music I had on the Zune still appear as if they are being used, and I only have 3G free left. I can´t enter my Zune account becasue a message appears telling me that the service is not available in my location. How to I unlock my 26G of music? I can´t see them on my computer or in the Zune, and I can´t add any new music to it. Help!!!!!

Erase the Zune device. Go to Settings - Device

a USA based Windows Live ID is required. Period.

need to change your location to USA. Are you stationed in United States?
Go to Start > Control Panel. double click Regional and Language option and change the location to United States.

if you want the marketplace on the device, you must link your Zune to your Zune Tag by going to Settings > Device > Linking options.

Follow this guide:

To activate the marketplace in the device, just link it to your Zune Tag go to settings - device - linking
