How do I reformat a Zune?

I need to wipe my Zune clean and update the software since I am selling it. Is there a menu option for this in the Zune software? It is an old 30gb and I haven't used Zune 3.0 yet. The music is all backed up, but is there a way to take it off the zune before reformatting?
Thanks for the help, everyone.

Zune Device Commands:
Reboot: Back + Up
Turn Off: Back + Down
Turn On: Play/Pause
To perform the following, reboot your device, and then when the screen goes black, hold the corresponding buttons until the process begins. 'OK' refers to pressing the center of the D-Pad/Z-Pad.
Clear Content: Clears all media content from the device, but leaves the firmware intact.
V1 Devices (Zune 30): Back + Right + OK
V2 Devices (Zune 4/8/16 and 80/120): Back + Play/Pause
Initialize Disk: Removes the content and the firmware. Device will be inoperable until connected to a PC so new firmware can be installed.
V1 Devices (Zune 30): Back + Left + OK
V2 Devices (Zune 4/8/16 and 80/120): Back + OK + Play/Pause

If you plug the zune into your computer and go to the software there is an option to reformat the device in the settings. I don't know off the top of my head exactly where it is, I just know it is there. I believe its in the device settings.
Hope you find it!
