Progress! Clearing the DRM files as per this article lets the button on the web page work. It's upgrading my system now, we'll see if that helps with the album art.

HUZZAH!!! Album art works!

Here are the instructions:

- Clear the DRM files as per this article.

- Go to this page and click upgrade. You probably need to do it with Internet Explorer.

- Delete and reupload an album on your Zune.

Let me know if this works for other people. If so, these instructions should be in a sticky. If not, try installing the updates in my earlier post, since I don't know if that made a difference or not.

New thread here. Let me know if it works in that one.
