can i?if i cant,where can i get the apps and games?how to install? can zune hd be cracked? i wanna know the answer..

You should be able to buy the Zune device on eBay or from an importer.

You can access all of the marketplace except videos(unless China is blocking it, I am not sure). You can get the Zune Pass from Zune Pass Anywhere.
