HELP

I just downloaded the Zune software yesterday, so that i can prepare everything for when i get my Zune HD, but for some reason I can't watch my videos on the Zune software.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I believe that the Zune "likes" these:

MPEG4 (in .mp4, .m4v and .mov )
H.264 (in .mp4, .m4v)
WMV
ASF
AVI

...but I may be completely wrong, I am certain that another member will assist you dear wasp0687.
