Importing a playlist

I have a radio playlist from the 1984. I been trying to cut and paste the list to get it in to xml file. Now trying to get it in to a format so Zune will pick it up. I see there is software to take zpl to m3u but I need to do xml to zpl.

Mmmm How i wish there was a way but, I'm pretty sure you're out of luck on this one.
