http://www.kmbc.com/news/29713956/detail.html?hpt=ju_bn5According to a Kansas City police report, a 27-year-old told police that he went to the Game Stop at 215 Northeast Englewood Drive after midnight to pick up his reserved copy of "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3." The man said he drove home to his apartment in the 2000 block of Northwest 68th Terrace and an SUV pulled up behind his car in the parking lot.

The victim told police a man got out, pulled a gun, saying he had "racked a round" and demanded that he give him the game.
The man said he refused and there was a struggle for the gun. One round was fired. The victim was not hurt and called police for help.
Police said they got a description of the robber's red Ford Explorer and went back to the Game Stop to see if he had driven back there.
That guy had some balls of steel to fight a guy with a loaded gun.
