ha It finished with that. It even said encoding finished
You might have an encoder problem. You installed everything right? Windows media encoder etc.. Clean install of codec pack? going to try and reinstall everything. My other video worked fine and looked great on my zune. Just having problems with the vob now.

I didn't say anything about your guide, I know you made yours first, and you did a good job. The advantage of my guide is that the quality is consistently better, and there's an automation process you can set up for non-dvd conversions. People can choose which guide they prefer. Which won't be mine because you made yours a sticky and mine will sink pages and pages into the forum.

Use winRAR not winZIP.

You need to stop filling the thread with useless crap. Just get the winrar trial.

Are you using a 5.1 AC3 source? You might need have fallen into the other current issue with Encode360.. did you try the fix at the bottom of my guide.. 1 pass CBR?

Ok, for the last time, your computer is unstable. Obviously, other people have got it working.

Reduces quality compared to the other vid i have. Also I have to put the volume around 19 to hear it. (Most songs/vids I have it around 6)

This is probably a noob question, but I can't seem to find where to uninstall all of the codecs like it instructs in the prereqs for Encode360.
Can anyone tell me where to go to uninstall them?
Nevermind I fixed it

when i try to convert using this.. it gives me this error: [Error]Encode/funcEncode_BuildProfile/SetupAudience: Windows media player does not support the audio format with the selected bitrate. Valid Bitrates are: kbps. then when i press ok to that error it says [Error] Encode Events/subEncode_ProcessFiles: Error building encoding profile.
I have everything that is needed installed and everything and I am using the same Advanced settings as the example in the first post in this thread.
please help me!!!!

Hey Eyeballer, Just wanted to say thanks for writing this up. I got a weird error of the "Failed to initialize 'CodecStreamClassJunk' " variety when I first tried it, then I uninstalled my codecs and reinstalled K-Lite, and now it's putting season 1 of Lost on my Zune! Seems decently fast, too. And the people in this thread using Win98 and wondering why nothing works for them are just so cute.
