Shuffle Doesn't Shuffle Things

I think I saw a thread about this before, but I can't find it by searching now.

When I go to < songs >  and choose "shuffle all" it shuffles in the same order each time.  I think other people confirmed this problem in the other thread--if that is true than we should have a "add support for real song randomization" to the firmware wish list.

My shuffle on the software (not the Zune itself) does not work either.

Go to Shuffle all, as you usually would.

Then press the middle button. 

Make sure you see  Shuffle: On.
