Okay so..
1. Download from G. Video
2. Convert
3. Use WMM to cut out parts you don't like.

Lets go...

Download Super from:
www.erightsoft.com

Download

So, go to Google Video and look for a video you would like to have on your Zune.
Go to the top left under the Title and look for a download button, select iPod video from dropdown and choose download.
Download the file onto desktop or somewhere.

Convert

Fire up Super and drag in your file you downloaded.
Choose Zune from the profiles.
Let it convert, won't take too long.

Finalize *Optional*

Now you have your file so if there are some parts maybe in the beginning maybe saying who uploaded it or a part you don't want, load up Windows Movie Maker, cut the part out and do your editing.
Then when saving the movie, choose Computer->Video for Broadband (512kbs) and save. Takes one or two mins.

There you go!!!
Please enjoy!

You can also use HeyWatch.com to pull a file off of any Web source and convert it directly to the Zune format.
